A Welcome Letter to Employee is a letter written to the employee after hiring him/her. The letter is written to make him or her feel comfortable in your organization. It assures the employee that he/she has chosen the right place to work. It also explains the details about the position, for example job title, duties, supervisor and subordinates, rules and regulations, sick leaves, pay, benefits, hours etc.
If it seems appropriate, you can also mention the employee’s qualities that impressed you before you hired him/her.
